The Leaping Wolf was an award given to a Cub Scout who had gained his Second Star and also three proficiency badges, one of which had to have been either the First Aider, the Guide, or the House Orderly. He could then wear a Leaping Wolf Badge on the right-hand side of his jersey (just above the place where the pocket would have been, if there had been one).
